About the Role

As part of our dynamic team across nine Burlington and Oakville locations, you’ll work in a fast-paced, friendly environment where every day brings new opportunities to make a difference. Responsibilities

• Deliver the signature “Tims Way” experience by greeting guests warmly within 5 seconds and following our S.E.T. principle (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You)
• Ensure product quality and freshness by following our Always Fresh procedures and monitoring temperature logs
• Maintain an inviting atmosphere through consistent cleaning and organization of dining areas, counter, and drive-thru
• Execute orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining speed of service targets
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally using our Make It Right principles
• Prepare food and beverages according to established operational standards
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper hand washing and sanitation procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members about product availability and showcase needs

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards

Preferred:

• Previous customer service experience
• Background in quick-service restaurants
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and outgoing personality
