About the Role
Work within the Product and Business Policy team to analyze global regulatory proposals, drive policy initiatives, and support YouTube’s product and business goals. Serve as a subject matter expert bridging external policy with internal strategy.
Core Responsibilities
- Support program management and policy initiatives for YouTube GAPP team
- Coordinate with stakeholders on project approval and launches
- Develop resources for global policy team engagement
- Create and evaluate policy programs and initiatives
- Manage relationships with regulators, industry partners, and nonprofits
- Drive projects through complete lifecycle
- Provide strategic updates to key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in public policy (government, think tanks, public interest groups, or industry)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Project management capabilities
