About the Role

Work within the Product and Business Policy team to analyze global regulatory proposals, drive policy initiatives, and support YouTube’s product and business goals. Serve as a subject matter expert bridging external policy with internal strategy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support program management and policy initiatives for YouTube GAPP team
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on project approval and launches
  • Develop resources for global policy team engagement
  • Create and evaluate policy programs and initiatives
  • Manage relationships with regulators, industry partners, and nonprofits
  • Drive projects through complete lifecycle
  • Provide strategic updates to key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in public policy (government, think tanks, public interest groups, or industry)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Project management capabilities
