About the Role
As a Tour Leader, you’ll conduct immersive 90-minute tours that demonstrate how Amazon’s innovative technology and dedicated workforce come together to create magic for our customers. You’ll be part of a global team that shares Amazon’s story with diverse audiences, from explaining complex robotics systems to highlighting our ambitious Climate Pledge goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple engaging 90-minute tours daily, adapting your presentation style to diverse audience needs
- Master the intricacies of Amazon’s fulfillment processes and robotics technology to provide expert explanations
- Ensure visitor safety by maintaining strict adherence to facility protocols and safety regulations
- Train and support Ambassador & Proxy teams while building strong relationships within the facility
- Gather and analyze tour participant feedback to continuously enhance the experience
- Stay current with Amazon’s latest innovations and sustainability initiatives to keep tour content fresh
- Participate in community engagement activities and maintain positive site relationships
- Manage tour logistics, including safety briefings and protective equipment distribution
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
Preferred:
- Experience in fulfillment operations
- Background in public speaking or customer service
- Team leadership experience

Salary & Benefits
Base salary range: $37,000-$61,400 USD annually, with additional compensation that may include equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive benefits. Total compensation package varies based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
